Waste Heat Recovery System
RTO + Steam Boiler
It is applicable to the field where steam is used as the heat source among factories discharging high concentration VOCs and is used to generate steam by using the combustion heat of VOCs and recover energy by connecting with existing steam boiler.
RTO + Heating Medium Boiler
It is applicable to the field where hot oil is used as the heat source among factories discharging high concentration VOCs and is a system that uses the heat generated by the oxidation of VOCs in the production process through a heat medium boiler.
RTO + Hot Air Recovery System
It is a system that uses the hot-temperature air discharged to the air after the oxidation treatment of VOCs as indirect hot air through a heat exchanger(Indirect method), or reuses it in the production process after filtering the gas discharged to the outside(Direct method).
RTO + Steam Boiler or Heating Medium Boiler or Hot Air Recovery System
RTO and FRTO waste recovery systems are customized by mixing or applying steam, hot oil or hot air according to the characteristics and situation of incoming VOCs.
