CRTO (Concentrated Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)

Description

The concentrated regenerative thermal oxidizer(CRTO) is a system that concentrates the low concentrated process exhaust gas with large air volume into high concentrated gas with small air volume and minimizes fuel consumption by utilizing the self-heating of low concentrated VOCs and odor gas are adsorbed to the adsorption zone of the concentrator while passing through the concentrator, and are discharged through the stack as clean gas.
The desorbed gas is the mixture of the heat of oxidation and the cooled gas in the RTO and is desorbed at the temperature condition around 200℃. At this time, the gas is desorbed and discharged as a state of high concentration and low air volume gas through high temperature oxidization process in the regenerative thermal oxidizer, such as water vapor and carbon oxide.

  • It has a simple rotor rotary structure for easy maintenance.
  • It can continuously concentrate the incoming organic solvent.
  • It uses the continuous rotary regeneration method with relatively high processing efficiency. (Compared to batch-type concentrator)
  • It is suitable for treatment of low concentration and large air amount of gas and can reduce operating cost.
  • It strengthened durability by using hydrophobic zeolite(non-combustible material) in the adsorbent of the rotor.
  • It is possible to treat various kinds of solvents.
