Description
The flameless regenerative thermal oxidizer(FRTO) is a system that initially heats the RTO system up to the combustion chamber operation temperature with a burner installed at the top and blocks the auxiliary fuel supplied by a burner when the temperature of the combustion chamber falls below a certain temperature(Low concentration) and allows the supply of the auxiliary fuel from the auxiliary fuel supplier installed in the inlet duct.
Since the auxiliary fuel supplied to the inlet duct is fully mixed with the incoming gas in the mixer and maintains the temperature of the combustion chamber in the system at 800~850℃, it can reduce fuel cost by organizing stable operating environment.
Features
- It can automatically control the optimized operation conditions by interlocking the auxiliary fuel supply device and the temperature sensor in the combustion chamber.
- It can reduce the fuel cost up to 30%.(Compared to general RTO systems)
- Since there is no combustion in the main burner, the combustion NOx is not generated.
- By reducing thermal shock caused by burner flame, the life of heat storage material can be extended.
- As it maintains the FRTO system in steady state, it can operate steadily by turning on a main burner in case of emergency.
- Fuel costs can be saved by converting existing RTO systems to FRTO systems.
