The concentrated catalyst oxidizer(CCO) is a system that is suitable for VOCs gas treatment with a large air volume and low concentration and that combines a concentration system capable of continuous adsorption and desorption through the driving of a zeolite rotor and a catalytic oxidation system capable of oxidation at low temperature. As the zeolite rotor rotates constantly per hour, adsorption, desorption, and cooling are performed continuously, and the highly concentrated VOCs gas with small air volume is converted into carbon dioxide and water in the catalytic combustor and released into the atmosphere.
The concentrator can concentrate low-concentration, high-capacity process gas into high-concentration, low air volume gas to get the most of the amount of self-heating of VOCs and minimize fuel consumption by reducing the air volume of gas required for heating. This catalyst combustion technology is economical because the system operates at combustion temperature as low as 200~400℃ as the inflow gas is oxidized passing through the catalyst layer at low temperature.
