▷Existing RCO Introduction

Previous regenerative method in representative combustion technology RCO among VOC removal facility has regenerator more than two and the shift of the gas flow is undertaken in there. A combustion chamber is in the center of regenerator, heat storage material is filled with ceramic or metal.

At first, when VOC gas in figure B-1 is passing through left side of heat storage material, It is preheated up and then oxidized using primary catalyst and then oxidized using secondary catalyst in the right side of heat storage material and VOC gas is emitted into the atmosphere after its energy is recovered by the left side of heat storage material. After exchange of the damper has undertaken by the following Timer, like B-2, VOC gas is preheated up in the right side and then oxidized using primary, secondary catalyst and lts heat is recovered. So clean air is released into the atmosphere.

When the regeneration facility is diverted from B-1 to B-2 status, not decomposed VOC gas remains in the heat storage material and left Duct. When cycle is replaced, Untreated exhaust gas is emitted in a moment or regeneration temperature does not remain constantly, It will appear similar to the curve of Sin.

It is the high-efficiency energy-saving heat recovery equipment how VOC and organic gases is oxidized using catalyst and heat storage material at 200 ℃ ~ 400 ℃ and then the heat generated from combustion of the gas is recovered using heat storage material for heat exchangers.
▷One Can Type Rotary Wing RCO Structure

One Can Type Rotary RCO structure consists of inlet chamber passed processing gas, distribution chamber inducing the flow of the gas, regeneration layer generating preheating and heat storage, heat storage layer, Rotary wing is inducing the flow of the gas located in the center of inlet chamber, activating means rotating rotary wing to a predetermined speed.

There are equipped with facilities such as piston rings to prevent the leak, Purge devices to remove the untreated residual gas in Rotary wing. The distribution chamber and regeneration layer are divided into several fan cell.

When the Rotary Wing is rotating, the half side functions as a Cooling Zone and the other half one functions as a Heating Zone continuously.

There is Dead Zone between the Cooling Zone and Heating Zone which prevents to mix the bad gas and fresh air. The remaining gas which cannot be filtered and burned out is passing through air purge before sending itself from Cooling Zone to Heating Zone.

Constant High Processing Efficiency
Have regular efficiency, not have degradation of temporary removal efficiency caused untreated gas due to replacing Damper from existing Bed Type.
Not Pulsation Phenomena(Process Pressure Change)
Not have pulsation phenomena caused the change of the pressure due to replacing Damper from existing Bed Type. There is no pulsation phenomena by pressure change by formed way due to inducing the flow of the gas when rotary wing is rotating at a regular speed.
Secure Stability, Not Having The Euro Block
If Processing exhaust cannot be exhausted, It may adversely affect the process, But when the trouble of Rotary wing is generated, The process is safe because euro always is open.
Compact Structure
One Can Type facility is reducing the land area not needing multiple heat storage chamber which can be seen in the existing regeneration facilities.
Vertical Method
It is possible to approach the removal efficiency of over 99% by minimizing gas leakage.
The capacity of horizontal disk manner is limited according to size, quality of the material because of technical problems in processing, But there is no limit to airflow of exhaust gas by Rotary Wing.
Possible To Non-Fuel Operation With A Low Concentration
Because continuous flow of gas makes the temperature of combustion and regeneration fixed, so heat energy of its own volatile organic solvents makes non-fuel operation possible except for the initial heating.
Simple Operation And Easy To Maintain
There are malfunction concerns by electrical, mechanical damage and control approach in bed type. But the system of Rotary wing type is simple and easy to maintain and operate.
Prevention To The Rapid Temperature Rising In The Combustion Chamber
Cooling Damper controls the rapid temperature rising in the combustion chamber when there are mixed high concentration organic solvents.
When there is the rapid temperature rising in the combustion chamber according to mix of high concentration organic solvents, Some of RTO inlet gas is not passing regeneration layer, directly passing into combustion chamber to control temperature in there.
Using The Honeycomb Type Of Heat Storage
Pressure loss is less and the surface area is greater using the heat storage material of honeycomb structure. So evenly distribute the flow of gas to increase the efficiency of regeneration.
